Yes, in your Dashboard you can add a new Goal.  By selecting an existing Goal, and then going to the bottom of the settings view within that goal, you can make changes or delete the goal.

As soon as we receive information from your bank regarding the issue, we will let you know.  Usually it takes about 4-5 business days to receive this detail from banking institutions.

No, we do not allow a third party bank account to be linked to your Evati account.  To link a bank account to your Evati investment account, you must use an account that you have personally opened and that has the same name on the account as on your Evati investment account.

When you successfully complete the automated process to connect your Bank, you can make a transfer almost immediately (although occasionally the auto-linking process can take up to 1-2 business days).  If you must enter your bank routing number and bank account number, two micro-deposit transactions will be sent to you to verify.  The micro-deposit transactions will take 2-3 business days to be received into your bank account.  Once you see them, just confirm both amounts back in your Evati account by selecting Settings and then Banks.

No, Evati never charges a per trade commission fee.

For accounts under $5,000, a $1.00 monthly fee is charged on the last business day of month.  For accounts over $5,000, an annualized fee of 0.25% of the total assets in the account is charged on a monthly basis (so as an example, for an account with a month end balance of $6,000, Evati would charge $1.25 for that month).

6. Security and Safety (2)

Your brokerage account is insured through SIPC (Securities Investor Protection Corporation).  SIPC insures both your cash and securities in your brokerage account.  SIPC insures up to $500,000 in assets of which $250,000 can be in cash.  SIPC protects against a financial failure of a member firm but not against declines in the value of your portfolio.

Evati and our partners employ high standards for guarding your personal and financial information.  We employ encryption in all data transmissions. Additionally, your communications with Evati are protected with SHA-2 encryption via an extended verification certificate.
